The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) has just released their 2018 Oregon Workplace Composite Posters. The posters provide an alternative to printing and posting multiple posters or purchasing a 3rd party composite poster for much more than BOLI charges to comply with the workplace posting requirement.
Oregon’s new equal pay law goes into effect January 1, 2019, and the poster for this law is required to be posted for all employers at that time. BOLI has chosen to include this poster in the composite posters now.
In addition, Oregon’s Minimum Wage increases on July 1, 2018 and these posters comply with this change. For more information about Oregon’s minimum wage click here.
Three posters are available:
The “10-in-1 Commonly Required Postings in Oregon” composite poster is for employers with 25 or more employees and contains all the commonly required posters including the most recent state and federal minimum wage posters. The laminated poster is printed in English on one side and Spanish on the other.

The “8-in-1 Commonly Required Postings in Oregon” for private employers with 24 or fewer employees contains all updated posters including the most recent state and federal minimum wage posters. The laminated poster is printed in English on one side and Spanish on the other.

This 24″ wide by 36″ high poster is the most convenient way to stay in compliance with state and federal posting requirements. The poster costs $15.00.
The 13-in-1 Two-sided Poster for Agricultural Employers is designed for agricultural employers and includes the state and federal postings most agricultural employers must display. It is 39” wide by 28″ high and LAMINATED for outdoor display, with English on one side and Spanish on the other. The poster costs $20.00.
