Fred Holloway, MS, SPHR, founder and Principal, offers you over 27 years of extensive HR management expertise in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Fred has held a variety of management positions throughout his career, including several years on the executive management team of a multinational corporation as Vice President of Human Resources.

Fred is an active member and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Human Resource Management Association and the Rogue Valley Workforce Development Council.  He holds a M.S. in Industrial Relations and B.S. in Economics, and has attained Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, the accreditation arm of the Society for Human Resource Management.  Fred is a member of the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, Toastmasters, and is President of the Medford Water Polo Association.
